The petitioner complains that the private respondent is obstructing construction on the boundary wall of his property.

The Officer-in-charge, Thakurpukur Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and the petitioner is able to construct his property in accordance with law. In the event the private respondent has got any claims on the subject property against the petitioner, he may take out appropriate civil proceedings in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
