Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction C.R.R 475 of 2013 In the matter of : Swarup Chowdhury .....petitioner. In Re : An application under 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Criminal Complaint No. 65 of 2008 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathabhanga under Sections 420/406/120B/500/501 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention advanced by the petitioner is on the foundation of a similar matter, which was filed before the Apex Court. None pursues the matter before this court at the time of call. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 475 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
