Record reflects that Baguihati P. S. Case No. 144 of 2023 dated 19-03-2023 has been fixed for appearance and copy before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. The next date is fixed on 14th May, 2024.

Having regard to the fact that the learned court has fixed for appearance and copy, I direct that the learned Magistrate would fix after appearance of the accused persons dates for supply of copies within a month thereafter. Date be fixed for consideration of charges within a period of two months after the supply of copies and once in every three months date be fixed for the trial of the present case to be taken to its logical conclusion. No unnecessary adjournments be granted to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1000 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
