Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor victim. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in November, 2022. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
