Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury ...for the petitioner Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das ...for the respondent no.7 Learned advocate for the school Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das has submitted that the school is going to issue the release order by tomorrow.

The petitioner is directed to collect it by tomorrow and to join the new school where he has been recommended and appointment letter has been given namely Charmondal CMPPBK Fulmohan High School by 29th April, 2022. However, as it is the last date after extension by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, to avoid any risk and to be on the safer side I extend the time for joining till 5th May, 2022.

A copy of this order is to be communicated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education for the reason that this court has extended time by some days as for the delay the petitioner is not responsible and the school namely Charmondal CMPPBK Fulmohan High School being the respondent no.8 is also given a direction to allow him to join the school, if

he goes to join the school by 5th May, 2022 without creating any impediment in his joining the school. With the above direction and observation, this writ application is disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in court today be kept on record.
