Today, a report has been submitted on behalf of the State which reflects that Baruipur PS Case No. 787 of dated 24.04.2025 has been registered for investigation against certain accused persons who were named by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Auqaf,

WB.

Since the Board of Auqaf has recognized an individual to be the recorded mutawalli, it would be the duty of the local police station to ensure that no untoward incident results and/or there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility taking place in respect of regular operation of the said Auqaf Estate.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6177 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
