Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Chief Executive Officer, Pashimanchal Unnayan Parishad/respondent No.2, in considering and disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 7th June, 2019, being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition making prayer for refund of security deposit in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition being WPA 5009 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of by directing the respondent No.2, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 7th June, 2019, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within four weeks from the date of

communication of this order and to intimate such order to the petitioner, within one week from the date of passing such order on the aforesaid representation. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
