Petitioner complains that in spite of several FIRs having been registered against the private respondents, they are pursuing with the illegal activities and not allowing the petitioner to enjoy his property, particularly, not allowing him to cultivate the land. To that effect, petitioner informed the Officer-in-Charge, Kulpi Police Station, but no action has been taken on the said complaint/information.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos.6 to 9 submits that a civil suit has been preferred by the respondents and an injunction order has also been passed in favour of the said private respondents.

State has submitted a report. The report reflects that T.S. Case No.95 of 2024 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour wherein the learned Court has been pleased to direct that status quo be maintained in respect of the schedule property and the said order has been extended till 3rd September, 2025. Report also reflects that several criminal cases have been initiated and charge sheet has also been submitted in the initial case. However, investigation in respect of Kulpi PS Case No.58 of 2025 is still continuing.

If there are any violation of the status quo order so passed by the learned Civil Judge, parties would be at liberty to approach the civil court for necessary directions. In the meantime, police authorities would keep strict vigil in the matter so that no untoward incident takes place because of the strained relationship existing amongst the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 6188 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report as submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Copies of the report be circulated amongst the parties.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
