1. The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 2232 of 2023 along with Miscellaneous Case No. 24 of 2024 from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas to the Court of Additional District Judge, Barrackporre, North 24 Parganas.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite party has very fairly submitted that taking into account the welfare and convenience of the child the matter may be transferred to Barrackpore.

3. In view of the submissions the matrimonial Suit No. 2232 of 2023 along with Misc. Case No. 24 of 2024, is withdrawn from the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas and assigned to the Court

of Additional District Judge, Barrackporre, North 24 Parganas for trial in accordance with law.

4. Copy of the order be sent to the transferrer court and transferee court.

5. Along with this Misc. Case No. 171 of 2024 under Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act be also transferred to the Court at Barrackpore.

6. The transferee Court is requested to dispose of the Misc. Case as expeditiously.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
