The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Jadavpur Police Station Case No.296 dated 11.06.2012 under Sections 406/407/34 of he Indian Penal Code.

I find that the revisional application appeared once on 18th February, 2013 and since then the revisional application has not been pursued before this Court by the petitioner. Further, there was no interim order restraining the investigation of the proceedings. The present progress and stage of the proceedings have not been placed or presented by the petitioner. The issues relating to the revisional application relate to question of facts which are to be considered by the trial court at the appropriate stage.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor, appears on behalf of the State.

Having regard to the observations made above and the contentions of the revisional application, I am of the opinion that

there is no scope for interference.

Accordingly, CRR 488 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
