This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated July 27, 2022. The judgment has later been affirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Mr. Debabrata Saha Roy, learned Senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, in so far as the contemnors in the instant application are concerned they have complied the direction of this Court. He fairly submits that, the contempt

proceeding may be dropped as against these contemnors.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding being CPAN 335 of 2023 stands dropped and closed, as against these contemnors.

However, he prays for leave to proceed in accordance with law against those parties who were not parties to the writ petition but are the authorities who have not yet carried out the direction of this Court.

In view of the above, leave is granted to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law against the appropriate authorities.

Nothing further survives in this contempt petition.

With the above observations and directions, this contempt proceeding CPAN 335 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.

Accordingly, CPAN 335 of 2023 stands disposed of.
