Learned counsel for the opposite party present, submits that he has not been served a copy of the review application and as such is unable to place his case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in the review application prays for review on the ground that his submission at the time of hearing CO 2327 of 2024 and passing the order dated 27.02.2005 was not recorded by the Court.

It is further submitted that the petitioner/opposite party had placed order dated 22.11.2024 passed in the suit by the trial Court

while deciding a review application, wherein review of the order challenged in the civil revision had been prayed for.

It is further submitted that the said order was not considered by this Court at the time of the passing the final order in the Civil Revision. It appears from the said order dated 22.11.2024 that the Trial Court rejected the review application vide the said order. As such the order challenged in the revision remained unaltered. The order placed was not on affidavit. At this stage this Court has to consider the petitioner's prayer for review of the order dated 27.02.2025 passed by this Court in C.O. 2327 of 2024. The scope of review is very limited.

Considering the order of which review has been prayed this Court finds no error apparent on the face of the order record and as such there is no scope for review as prayed for.

RVW 75 of 2025 with CAN 1 of 2025 stands dismissed.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
