We have considered the materials on record. Evidence of eyewitnesses implicates the petitioner in the murder. Keeping in mind the gravity of offence and the evidence on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
