The petitioner complaints that three representations sent by the petitioner to the Principal of the respondent No. 4 College on 10th February, 2021 and 10th February, 2022 for appointment on a compassionate basis has not been responded to by the said respondent.

The State is represented.

The respondent no. 4 is not represented.

After hearing learned counsel, WPA 5915 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10th February, 2021 within a period of four weeks from date after giving a hearing to the petitioner. The representation should be disposed of by way of a reasoned order which should also be made available to the

petitioner within a week from which such reasoned order is passed.
