1. Both the petitioners stand named by the injured in an assault who lost her baby as she was pregnant. Specific role so far as the petitioners are concerned is ascribed by such injured persons. That apart, her husband also suffered injured in the same incident of assault.

2. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

4. CRM (A) 971 of 2025 is dismissed.
