The Uttarpara Kotrung Municipality has no objection if the petitioner removes the mobile tower at his cost.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioner to remove mobile tower within a period of two weeks from date at his own cost. After the removal of mobile tower, the petitioner shall duly inform the Municipality. The Municipality shall depute a competent officer to supervise the removal work.

WPA 6666 of 2024 is disposed of.
