An application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is sought to be compromised by and between the parties on the ground that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the said petition on receipt of final maintenance allowance. In view of such circumstances, the Court cannot stand on the way. Therefore, the instant application is allowed. CRR/959/2023 be allowed and further proceeding in Misc. Case No. 124/2022 and the final judgment delivered in Misc. Case No. 124/2022 dated 13th December, 2022 be quashed.
