For the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead pray for a direction upon the learned Sessions Court to dispose of the revisional application being Criminal Revision No. 21 of 2021 filed by the opposite party no. 2.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for setting aside the order dated 01.02.2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Murshidabad in Criminal Revision No. 21 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

However, in the interest of justice, the learned Revisional Court is directed to conclude the hearing of the pending criminal revision as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, is to be given to the parties upon usual undertakings. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
