Sn 11.2.21 C.O. 1047 of 2020 MST. REHANA BIBI VS. MD. HANIF Mr. Anidurrha Chatterjee Mr. Abdur Rakib ..for the petitioner Liberty is granted to the petitioner to correct the cause title of the revisional application.

This revisional application has been filed by the defendant no.17 in Title Suit No. 268 of 2019, pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Chinsurah, District Hooghly.

The defendant no.17 prays for a direction upon the learned Court below for expeditious disposal of the application for injunction.

Records reveal that some of the defendants have already filed their written objection. It also appears that by an order dated February 15, 2020, the application for injunction was fixed for hearing.

The prayer of the petitioner is innocuous.

The petitioner prays that the injunction application be disposed of expeditiously.

Without going into the merits of the case and without making any observations on the contentions of the petitioner, this revisional application is disposed of with a

direction upon the learned Court below to expedite the hearing of the application for injunction upon giving an opportunity to all the parties to contest the same and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed. The learned Court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. This revisional application is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
