The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure arising out of M.P. Case No.119 of 2021 pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas. The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to the order dated 15.01.2021 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate.

Having regard to the time period which has passed in the meantime, I am of the view that by efflux of time, M.P. Case No.119 of 2021 has become infructuous. Accordingly, the said proceedings being M.P. Case No.119 of 2021 is quashed.

The revisional application being CRR 732 of 2021 is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
