As such, there is no scope of alleging any contempt or willful violation of the order of this court.

That apart, the said alleged contemnors file their affidavits-in-opposition on which they rely. Since the petitioner has failed to appear when the matter is called on today and/or file any affidavitin-reply, as a last chance to the petitioner, the matter is adjourned till November 18, 2022. The time for filing affidavit-in-reply is extended till the said date. It is made clear that in the event the petitioner does not

file his affidavit-in-reply by the next returnable date, the contempt application shall be taken up for hearing in the absence of the petitioner.
