Petitioner is granted liberty to take out an appropriate application before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katwa ventilating his grievance in respect of the investigation. To that effect, the petitioner would be at liberty to invoke the provisions of Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1005 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
