Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We are informed that the case is not fixed for commitment. Incorrect statement was made before this Court on the earlier occasion. Co-accused are absconding and warrant of arrest is pending against them.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and the materials on record implicating the petitioners in the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Trial court is requested to commit the case to the Court of Sessions at the earliest.
