On perusal of the contempt petition, I find that my order dated 28th June, 2019, against which petitioner wants to initiate contempt proceedings was not properly communicated, which is a condition precedent for bringing action under the contempt proceedings, this contempt petition, being CPAN 293 of 2020 is dismissed. However, dismissal of this contempt petition will not prevent the petitioner from making fresh communication of my order dated 28th June, 2019.
