1. We have heard the learned advocate appearing for the contempt applicant.

2. It is fairly submitted that the judgment and order in M.A.T. 864 of 2018 passed by the Division Bench has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in an appeal filed by the State against the said order.

3. Therefore, nothing further survives for consideration in this contempt application.

4. Accordingly, contempt application stands dismissed.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
