2. It is fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in an appeal filed by the State against the said order.

3. Therefore, nothing further survives for consideration in this contempt application.

4. Accordingly, contempt application stands dismissed.

5. No costs.
