And In Re : Kailash Mondal ...... petitioner Nobody appears.

On the ground co-accused have been enlarged on bail opposite party nos. 2 to 4 were granted interim bail in December, 2020. We do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order granting interim bail. It is open to the petitioner to agitate issues at the time of confirmation of bail, if so advised. With this observation application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
