1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer submitted on August 12, 2021 stood rejected by the head of the institution on the ground that the petitioner was a single subject teacher. Fresh application was made by the petitioner on September 24, 2021 which was again returned to the applicant with the remark 'for junior school". The petitioner made further application on December 24, 2021 which is pending considering before the school authority.

3. Without entering into the merits of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the head of the

institution to consider the said application; and if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed then take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The school will act on the basis of the hard copy of the documents forwarded by the petitioner offline.

5. The District Inspector of Schools shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the school.

6. If the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

7. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner.

8. Suspension of Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the respondents from considering the application of the petitioner.

9. The writ petition stands disposed of.

10. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
