It appears from the aforesaid status report dated 07.07.2022 of Amta Police station submitted in connection Amta PS case no.173 of 2013 under section 376/511 of IPC, which is the subject matter of the present revision, that the petitioner has already been acquitted from the said case. In view of the above, the present revisional application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. All connected applications also stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
