Both the petitioners seek mutual transfer in between the Districts North 24 Parganas and South 24 Parganas.

This Court is of the view that subject to complying with any other formalities, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall process the application offline and may take a suitable decision in the matter within a period of one month from date, subject to applicable Rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
