1. In the instant writ petition, the petitioner sought information in respect of Barrackpore Women P.S. G.R.Case No. 40/15.

2. By report dated 10th September, 2024, the respondent authority has clearly mentioned that the petitioner and Smt. Aparna Nandi are no way involved in the said case.

3. In view of the above, there is no requirement of providing any information to the petitioner in respect of the subject case in which he is no way involved.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
