Learned advocate representing the Pradhan submits that deviation has been detected and all documents in connection with the demolition proceeding have been forwarded to the SDO vide communication dated 29.06.2024.

In view of the above, it appears that the order passed by the Court has been substantially complied with, albeit, at a delayed date.

In view of such submission, the contempt application stands disposed of.

The petitioner will be at liberty to follow up the matter with the SDO.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
