We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the victim, a physically challenged woman shows petitioner had raped her. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and as the victim is yet to be examined, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
