Mr. Rahaman, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner informs this Court that pursuant to the earlier order, the petitioner was allowed to meet with his father, who is presently residing with his younger son, being the respondent no.7, who is present in Court today.

The respondent no.7 submits that the petitioner would be free to meet with his father upon prior intimation given to him.

We do not find any material on record to infer that the petitioner's father has been illegally detained. He is an aged person and is presently residing with the respondent no.7 at 4th Floor, Block - 1, Room No.65, 301, B.B. Chatterjee Road, Kasba K.I.T. Quarters, P.S. - Kasba, Kolkata - 700 042.

In view thereof, no further interference is called for in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
