Application being CAN 2 of 2024 is for condonation of delay in presenting recalling application. Having considered such application delay cause in presenting recalling application is condoned and application being CAN 2 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of.

On perusal of explanation offered this Court finds that applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented before the Court on the date when connected writ petition was dismissed for default. Hence, order dated 19th March, 2024 is recalled. Writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

Application being CAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of.

Writ petition shall appear under the heading "Motion" in the monthly combined list of February, 2025. Learned advocate representing the petitioner is directed to serve notice upon non appearing respondents by fortnight after ensuing Christmas Vacation and file affidavit of service on the next date.
