The petitioner has approached this court for registration of the FIR and for fair and proper investigation being conducted in respect of the information furnished with the police station.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted that two information were furnished on 15.03.2025; consequent to which Thakurpukur P.S. Case No. 89 dated 15.03.2025 and Thakurpukur P.S.

Case No. 90 dated 15.03.2025 have been registered for investigation.

The investigation has just commenced, as such, interference of this Court, at this stage, is uncalled for.

The petitioner would cooperate with the investigation by furnishing necessary details as and when called for.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6207 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
