... for the State In compliance with this Court's order dated 26th August, 2022, the State has submitted a report in Court today. The said report is prepared by Inspector-in-Charge of kharagpur (Town) Police Station, Paschim Medinipur and is dated on 5th September, 2022. According to the said report, the present petitioner who is one of the accused person in Kharagpur (T) Police Station Case No. 285 of 2014 dated 25.05.2014 under Sections 341/325/326/307/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code is now dead. Along with the report, a photo copy of the death certificate of the concerned person is also submitted showing therefrom that the petitioner died on 11th January, 2017. This report is furnished in the Trial Court.

Accordingly, death of the petitioner/accused person is recorded in the records of the Trial Court.

Considering the above-stated facts and circumstances, the instant revision case is found to be infructuous and not maintainable. Hence, the same is dismissed as being infructuous. Let the report submitted by Ms. Ghosh, learned Advocate for the State today in Court be kept with the record. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
