Reported discloses that the matter is now pending as part heard argument and next date is fixed for further argument on 13.5.2025.

Since, the trial is almost on the verge of completion, the prayer for bail at this stage is considered and rejected. However, if the judgment be not delivered within a period of two months from the next date of hearing, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his bail prayer.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) No. 364 of 2025 thus stands disposed of.
