The contemnors are not represented, despite notice.

The specific submission of the petitioner is that the direction of this Court made in paragraph 34 of the judgment dated May 13, 2024 has not yet been complied with.

It appears that the review application has been preferred being R.V.W. 248 of 2024. But the same has never been moved neither the judgment has been stayed.

In view of the above, this contempt application along with the review application shall

appear on the next day under the heading 'Contempt Application' on July 3, 2026.

Pendency of this contempt proceeding shall not preclude the alleged contemnors to carry out the direction of this Court and file a compliance report on the next day.
