Ms. Sabana Hasin ...for the petitioners Mr. Imran Ali, Ms. Manasi Roy ... for the State. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the issue which initiated the dispute relating to a goat trespassing into the property of the petitioners.

Learned advocate further submits that considering the incident which was at the spurt of the moment, custodial detention may not be necessary.

Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of this Court to the injury report. We have perused the case diary as also the injury report which reflects that the injured sustained serious injuries which are grievous in nature.

Having considered the same, we are not inclined to extend the relief for anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. As such, the
