Principal accused has been granted regular bail. The petitioners are not the relations of the principal accused and they have been falsely implicated in the instant case. The petitioner is not connected with the alleged incident and has been falsely implicated. He is no way connected with the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State produces case diary. In view of the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as principal accused is on regular bail, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
