Mr. Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondents files a report of the Investigating Officer dated 17th June, 2025. Such report, be kept in the record.

It appears from the report that the daughter of the petitioner, who was alleged to have been missing, has been found and is presently residing in Bangaluru. Such fact has not been disputed by Mr. Majumder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. As such, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter. In view thereof, nothing remains in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition being, WPA (H) 27 of 2025 is disposed of.
