Mr. Kingsuk Mondal ... for the petitioner The revisional application is taken up for hearing in presence of learned counsel for the petitioner/accused/convict as directed by the learned Magistrate in his judgement and order of conviction. The accused petitioner deposited the entire amount of compensation as directed. Certified copy of the said order dated 01.4.2019 in C.R Case No.1273 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further filed a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner/accused/convict in this case, Narattam Ghosh who has expired on 18.07.2021. Accordingly, as the convict has expired the case abates.

In view of the said observation as made above, the revisional application is disposed of as haveing abated. Accordingly, surety, if any, be discharged from their respective bail bond before the learned Magistrate.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Certified copy of the order dated 01.04.2019 be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
