Mr. Saha, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that as the petitioners approached this court in the year 2012 and the matter could not be proceeded with, at this stage it would be a futile exercise to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, he expresses his intention to not to press the present revisional application.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

As prayed for the revisional application being CRR 819 of 2012 is dismissed as not pressed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
