Mr. Kabir, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents informs us that the petitioner's minor son had already been recovered and is presently in the safe custody of the Child Welfare Committee, Hooghly. Let the documents, as produced, be kept on record. As the petitioner's minor child has already been recovered, no further order is required to be passed in the present application.

The habeas corpus petition being WPA (H) 19 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
