The instant revisional application has been filed being aggrieved by an impugned order of the enquiry report dated 24.06.2011 and 21.12.2011 passed by the Revenue Inspector, Chaltaberia, Gram Panchayat, Joynagar - I, P.O. & P.S. Joynagar 24-Parganas (South), connection with M.P. Case No. 1077 of 2011, M.P. Case No. 2773 of 2011 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the petitioners in respect of their properties.

Perused the contentions of the petition as well as the annexed documents the dispute appears to be civil in nature and with efflux of time the impugned order has lost its legal efficacy.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
