(Through Video Conference) Mr. Raja Biswas Mr. Abhijit Sarkar ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Jaharlal De Mr. Shamim ul Bari ... ... for the State The grievance raised in this petition is that while implementing MGNERGA yojna the Pradhan of Maheshpur Gram Panchayet had done the manipulation by including some false names of Job Card holders by editing the Master Roll and also manipulated advice copy including fake names in the list of the Master Roll and transferred amount to wrong account numbers of the fake named Job Card holders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that a detailed representation dated 9th March, 2018 in this regard was made to the respondent no.3, District Magistrate, Nadia but till now no action has been taken. Learned counsel for the State fairly submits that there is no objection in considering the petitioner's representation.

Having regard to the allegation which has been made and also considering the circumstances of the case, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no.3 to duly consider the petitioner's representation dated 9th March, 2018 and conduct an enquiry, if

required and take an action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
