And In Re : Kaushik Ganguly @ Kausik Ganguly & Anr. Petitioners Mr. Navanil De Mr. Rajeswar Chakraborty For the Petitioners Mr. Rana Mukherjee Mr. Santanu Chatterjee For the State We find that an order was passed on 16th March, 2020 directing the petitioners to seek appropriate legal redress before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four weeks from 16th March, 2020.

In view of the period, which has lapsed in the meantime, we do not find it would be fit and appropriate to grant extension and/or any other appropriate relief to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for extension of time, being CRAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed.

With the aforesaid observations, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.2797 of 2020, is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
