The records of the present revisional application reflect that there was no interim order since the revisional application was admitted on 12.03.2021. More than two years have passed. Mr. Datta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is unable to apprise this Court as to whether there has been further progress in respect of the complaint case pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta.

Having regard to the cumulative circumstances appearing, liberty is granted to the petitioners to agitate the points canvassed in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings before the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid directions, the revisional application being CRR 739 of 2021 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
