Anu Rani Paul Ms. Ipsita Ghosh ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the judgment debtor and is directed against an order dated February 7, 2025 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Hooghly in Execution Application No.27 of 2019.

By the order dated February 7, 2025 the prayer for adjournment at the instance of the judgment debtor was allowed and March 25, 2025 was fixed for further hearing. The judgment debtor/petitioner herein cannot be said to be a party aggrieved when their prayer for adjournment was allowed and only a date was fixed. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order dated February 7, 2025. In view thereof, CO 974 of 2025 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
